Neilank K. Jha, a Canadian trained Board-Certified neurosurgeon, is highly respected for his expertise in both business leadership and medicine, particularly in the specialized areas of mild Traumatic Brain Injury (mTBI) and Post Concussive Syndrome (PCS), earning him global recognition.

After completing his residency in Neurosurgery and Fellowship in Spinal Surgery at McMaster University and the University of Toronto, respectively, Dr. Jha embarked on a multifaceted journey integrating medicine, academia, and business to extend his scope of impact from the operating room. 

Driven by a passion for innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration, Dr. Jha pursued further education, earning an MBA focusing on Forensic Accounting & Data Analytics from Ivey Business School and an MSc. in Behavioral Economics and Cognitive Psychology from the London School of Economics. His commitment to education extends to his teaching at Ivey Business School and the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.

With his expertise in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Dr. Jha has consulted for international medical firms and served on various Medical Advisory Boards for professional sports leagues throughout his career, underscoring his commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical research.

In addition to his medical practice, Dr. Jha has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the corporate world, serving as Chairman, CEO, and Director in various companies. His strategic prowess has been instrumental in leading successful Restructuring and M&A initiatives, positioning companies for sustainable growth and success.

Currently serving as Executive Chairman and CEO of NeuraSeed BCI and Chairman of NeuraSeed BCI Expo, Dr. Jha continues to push the boundaries of medicine. Under his leadership, NeuraSeed BCI is leading research and development in deep brain computer interface technology, with the aim of revolutionizing the treatment of brain cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. On any given day, Dr. Jha may be invited to the operating room, visit the animal lab and seamlessly transition to the board room.
